BayoSys Tenant Agreement
Business tenant obligations, platform workspace access, site operation, support, and lifecycle terms.
BayoSys Tenant Agreement (Draft v1) (Operational Agreement for Platform Users / Businesses) 1. Definition of Tenant For purposes of this Agreement: A “Tenant” is a business, individual, or organization using BayoSys to operate: A website or landing page A storefront or checkout system Booking or scheduling services CRM and customer management tools PhotoPay or digital delivery systems Any other BayoSys-powered infrastructure 2. Relationship to BayoSys BayoSys provides the platform and infrastructure Tenant operates an independent business Tenant is not an employee, partner, or agent of BayoSys. 3. Tenant Workspace Each Tenant is assigned a workspace that includes: Website and/or storefront CRM system Booking tools (if enabled) Payment and subscription tools Admin and portal access Tenant is responsible for: Managing users and permissions Securing account access Maintaining accurate information 4. Tenant Responsibilities Tenant agrees to provide and maintain: Accurate business information Logo and branding assets Domain (if applicable) Support email Services, pricing, and offers Refund and cancellation policies Terms and Privacy disclosures for their customers (if required) Tenant is fully responsible for: Customer service Fulfillment of services or products Legal compliance (industry-specific laws, licensing, etc.) Tax obligations 5. Onboarding Requirements Before launch, Tenant must complete: Branding approval Logo submission Support email setup Domain configuration (if applicable) CRM workspace setup Stripe Connect onboarding (if payments enabled) Product/service catalog setup Booking setup (if applicable) Email preview approval Assignment of an operational contact 6. Launch Approval BayoSys may delay launch if required information is missing Tenant must review and approve the preview environment Once approved: Tenant accepts responsibility for published content and configuration 7. Domain & Email Responsibility Tenant is responsible for: Domain ownership and access DNS configuration Email account setup and maintenance Unless explicitly managed by BayoSys, these remain the Tenant’s responsibility. 8. Payments & Checkout If payments are enabled: Tenant must connect a valid Stripe account Payments may be processed through Stripe Connect Platform fees may apply Tenant is responsible for: Pricing Refunds Disputes Customer billing issues 9. Customer Data Access & Use Tenant may access: Customer contact data Orders and transactions Booking records CRM data Tenant agrees: To use customer data lawfully Not to misuse or resell data unlawfully Not to access data from other tenants 10. Content & Media Requirements Tenant must ensure that all content: Is accurate and not misleading Does not infringe intellectual property rights Is lawful and compliant with regulations Does not contain harmful or prohibited material Prohibited Content Includes: Illegal content Infringing material Malicious or deceptive content Unauthorized use of images or branding Regulated content without proper compliance 11. Platform Module Access Tenant may use available modules including: CRM Booking Commerce Subscriptions PhotoPay Email systems Portal access Access depends on configuration and availability. 12. Site Warranty (If Applicable) If Tenant has an active Site Warranty: Includes: Minor edits Updates within scope Limited feature adjustments Does Not Include: Full redesigns Custom builds Major system changes If no active warranty: Only critical issues may be addressed Additional work may require separate fees 13. Support Process Support requests must be submitted through designated channels. Categories: Urgent Issues: Platform outages Payment failures Critical bugs Non-Urgent Issues: Edits Updates Requests Response times may vary. 14. Prohibited Actions Tenant may not: Bypass platform checkout or fees Share or resell platform access Send spam or unauthorized outreach Misuse CRM or lead data Attempt to access other tenant data Upload illegal or infringing content Violation may result in: Suspension Restriction Termination 15. Data Handling Tenant owns their data BayoSys stores and processes data Tenant must: Comply with privacy laws Obtain necessary consent Provide disclosures to customers 16. Termination Voluntary Termination Tenant may cancel services at any time. Involuntary Termination BayoSys may terminate for: Nonpayment Abuse or fraud Legal or regulatory risk Policy violations 17. Data After Termination Tenant may request data export within allowed timeframe Access to platform may be revoked after termination Data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy 18. Limitation of Liability BayoSys is not responsible for: Tenant business outcomes Customer disputes Revenue loss Operational issues 19. Indemnification Tenant agrees to indemnify BayoSys against: Claims arising from their business Customer disputes Regulatory violations Content or data misuse 20. No Guarantee of Results BayoSys does not guarantee: Sales or revenue Leads or conversions Booking volume 21. Acceptance By using the Platform, Tenant agrees to this Agreement.
